Cleaning Specialist (w/m/d) – Berlin
Type of contract: Part-time
Location: Berlin
Working hours: Mainly mornings from Monday to Saturday. (Flexibility regarding working hours is appreciated for one-off jobs)
Start date: Immediately
Hourly wage: 18,40€

Tasks:
- Cleaning of glass and mirrors at workplaces
- Carrying out special cleaning
- Facade cleaning
- Floor treatment
- Small repairs and maintenance tasks
Requirements:
- Dynamic and proactive individual
- Punctuality and reliability
- Residing in the area where the job is based
- Knowledge of Spanish , German or English
- Well-groomed appearance
- Category B driving licence; driving experience would be an advantage.
- Must have the necessary documentation to work in Germany *
- Previous experience in general cleaning, window cleaning and repairs or maintenance will be an advantage.

- Visa ( if not a European citizen, please include all pages)
- IBAN + BIC (must appear in the worker’s name. E.g.: a payment receipt, bank contract, mobile app capture, etc)

- Identifikationsnummer o ID Nummer (It is provided upon registration in Germany. Can be ordered from the Finanzamt)
- Rentenversicherungsnummer (This is achieved by being registered as a worker for the first time in Germany, and appears on the payroll. If this is the first time, it will be provided by LCM when you are officially registered with us.)
- Steuerklasse o clase social (Can be ordered from the Finanzamt)
- Krankenkasse (German insurance card. You need the card scanned on both sides, or the letter of registration with that insurance company.)
